Gateway is connecting to Waveie's wireless network. Should complete within 30-60 seconds.
Connected & Ready!
Your gateway is fully connected and working perfectly. The LED turns off during normal operation to save energy.
No wireless signal from tower
Gateway cannot connect to Waveie's wireless network.
Quick fixes:
Reestablishing tower connection
Gateway is attempting to reconnect to wireless tower after losing signal.
What to do:
Connected to network, but no internet
Gateway connected to Waveie network but internet access unavailable.
Troubleshooting:
Firmware update in progress
Gateway is downloading and installing a firmware update.
